My Meds tracks how often each user runs the app and features within it. Each user is identified in the tracking data by a GUID. The collection of tracking and error information can be turned off by going to the settings screen and unticking "Report errors"
The reason the app collects the tracking data is so that features and usability within the app can be improved. The reason the app collects the error data is so that problems with the app can be resolved in the shortest possible time.
None of this information is shared with any third party.
All of the information you enter into the application is stored on your device locally. If you use the Sync or Backup options within My Meds, an encrypted copy of your data will be stored on our server provided by Arvixe. Here's a link to Arvixe's privacy statement. The copy of your application data on our server will not be shared with any third party. If you wish to remove the copy of your application data, you may request it by sending us an email from within the application from the "about us" page.
